Bill Rogers (age 45) has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He founded Homeowners Financial Group in 2004, which is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ and has grown to over 30 branches in 11 states. As CEO and Founder, Bill was instrumental in the development of HFG and its unique culture.
HFG is ranked as a Best Place to Work 11 years running by the Phoenix Business Journal. Bill is firmly commit ted to giving back to the community. He was selected as “Philanthropic Contributor of the Year” by the Arizona Real Estate Achievement Awards in 2014, and he received the Arizona Corporate Excellence Award for “Community Impact” in 2015.
Bill was also named as an honorary member of Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Select Class. This distinction, given by ASU and W.P. Carey School of Business, honors top alumni who have shown innovation, growth and entrepreneurial spirit. Alongside HFG President Pat Lamb, Bill founded the Care Fund, Arizona’s first nonprofit foundation helping families with ill children pay their home mortgage or rent.
